Never ever be ashamed of how you look ! Its hospital and i think you look amazing ! I could never muster to get out of pjs let alone look that good ! I also suffer deoression, anxiety , ptsd, and ocd. And i think more people need to talk about this and not be ashamed !!! 1:4 people in their lifetime will suffer some sort of mental health issue and i am SO proud of you for bringing this super important issue up ! I have a port and I love it ! It only needs flushing 4-6 weekly but I understand many in the USA do theirs. We here in Australia generally aren't allowed to do it ourself. But I'd rather have a port any day over continual PICCs !
